Ms. Eiffah Mohd Arzani is a Licensed Company Secretary under the Companies Act 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Manager cum Company Secretary. With over 11 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, she has advised and supported companies across a broad range of industries on corporate governance and statutory compliance matters.

Throughout her career, Eiffah has developed extensive experience in company incorporations, corporate restructuring exercises, share capital matters, members' voluntary liquidations, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2016. She is committed to delivering practical corporate secretarial solutions while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
