Datuk Khoo is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysia Institute of Accountants. He has more than twenty (20) years of working experience in the accounting profession.

He was previously attached to a Big 4 firm, he is rich in practice experiences involving secretarial work, audit, tax planning, due diligence work, investigative work and management consultancy assignments for a wide array of industries. He is able to extract and combine all benefits and successes of multinational companies and recommend whichever services needed to clients.

He is able to lead and guide companies in becoming a well-controlled company and detect weaknesses in companies from time to time. He is alert as and when things goes wrong or does not seem right in organisations under his watch.

He is presently serving as Group Managing Director of a company which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
